Golf
What better way to spend a beautiful, slightly hungover Saturday morning than on a golf course?
Sweat out those toxins.
Get a firm grasp on reality.
Strut your stuff.
And pose for a picture or two.
European Vacation Part Deux
The original Brooklyn. Birthplace of tight pants, delicious pizza, and disgustingly expensive rent.
Every train I rode in Europe had a car dedicated to cyclists.
Approx. 30 km/hr somewhere in Germany.
Berlin.
Second day out of Amsterdam. Just north of Arnhem, Netherlands.

Canoeing and Camping on the Mighty Delaware, the sequel post
Our first rainy day gave way to a cool, beautiful sky.
Picture taken by Dana between naps.
The trees above our campsite.
My beer pouring aim isn't what it used to be...
The skylight at camp.
Canoeing and Camping on the Mighty Delaware
Neither traffic nor rain could keep us away from the last adventure of the summer.
"Check out my cool new hat I just bought at a certain giant store that we don't have in NYC."
Set up camp 15 feet from the river?
Check.
"WHY DIDN'T I BUY ONE OF THOSE *#$%^#@* HATS!?"
Perfect second day of paddling.

Family Reunion
Mom, Lukas, Suz, and I visit with Grandmother Morris in Winston Salem, NC.
Ed and Lukas exploring the abandoned golf course. Scaaaaaaarrrry.
Avery and her little brother, the Tongue.
Dani and Ayden showing eachother their fangs.
Spiderman and his apprentice, the Tongue.
Dirty Dog, Homemade Dog Treats, Broken Eggs
Dana-made dog treats. This is why Moya runs to greet Dana first when we get home.
Clean Laundry and a jar of barnyard animals.
Lick.
This dog s-m-e-l-l-e-d. Now she's c-l-e-a-n.
Cry over spilt milk? No. Broken eggs? Probably.
Philadelphia Day Trip
We took the Chinatown Bus down to Philly yesterday. Twenty bucks roundtrip.
Kimberly picked us up and we went to to the Independence Seaport Museum along the Delaware River.
They had a tattoo exhibit up. The admission also included tours of the WWII submarine - the Bacuna, and the WWI ship - the Olympia.
67 enlisted crew members occupied a space smaller than most two bedroom aparments.
The museum was impressive - good exhibits, hands-on games for grown up kids, and bunkbeds for tired visitors.
